Data policy
What is recorded
Three kinds of thing. What you type when you register and verify, which is your name, date of birth, address and contact details. What your play produces, which is deposits, withdrawals, stakes and bonus history. What your device reports, which is an IP address, a browser fingerprint and the pages you opened.
Why each is held
| Category | Reason | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Age and identity checks required of a licensed operator | Five years after closure |
| Transactions | Anti money laundering obligations and dispute evidence | Five years after the last movement |
| Play history | Settling a disputed round and spotting bonus abuse | Two years |
| Technical logs | Fraud detection and keeping the platform standing | Twelve months |
Who sees it
Payment processors see what they need to move your money. Game studios see the round, not you. Verification providers see the documents you upload. Nobody buys this data from us and nobody is sold it, because we do not sell it. A court order or a regulator's demand is the one thing that opens the file further, and we comply with those.
Where it sits
On encrypted servers, reached over TLS, with access limited to staff whose job needs it. Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer runs on standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
Session cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. Analytics cookies count visits in aggregate. Refusing the analytics ones changes nothing about how the site works for you; refusing the session ones means you cannot stay signed in.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion of anything not pinned down by the retention table above, object to profiling, or ask for your file in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and expect an answer inside thirty days.
Children
Nobody under 18 may register. Where an account turns out to belong to a minor it is closed, the deposits are returned and the record is destroyed once the closure is documented.
Revisions
Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect. The date this page last moved is shown at the foot of the site.
